We offer Per Diem or PRN assignments as well as short and long- term contracts in the Houston metro area. We offer short, standard 13 week, and longer- term contracts throughout the United States. These may be a regional or travel assignment.
Travel assignments require the team member to live more than 50 miles from the client’s location. This often comes with stipends for travel, housing, and per diem along with your standard hourly salary. If you prefer, we can make the arrangements for your travel and housing for you and there will be no additional stipends for those expenses.
Yes, when you work with our company, you are a W2 employee, meaning we take taxes (Federal and State) just as if you were working for the hospital. Each year you will receive the standard W2 so you can file your taxes. Being a W2 employee also means our team members are covered by our insurances such as workers comp and professional liability.
